Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Stash (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Stash is an AI content chief of staff — you import past posts, set your voice and strategy, and the AI drafts content in your voice; you review and approve before anything publishes. Credits meter usage; 1 credit ≈ $0.001 of AI/X-API cost.

3. Plans, credits, and billing

• Free: $0/mo, 50 credits/mo (fair-use cap). For trying it out.
• Pro monthly: $19/mo, 2,000 credits/mo.
• Pro annual: $182/yr, 24,000 credits/yr (save 20%).
• Credit packs: $5/500, $19/2,000, $49/5,500 — top up anytime, never expire.
• Every action has a stated credit cost (generate 10, publish 15, publish-with-URL 200, etc.) — see pricing. Nothing hidden.

Credits are a fair-use cap, not a promise of unlimited generation; generation pauses at the cap until reset or top-up. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except as in §4.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Waffo.com Limited, our Merchant of Record (MoR). Waffo handles the transaction, tax, and refunds — not Stash directly.

• Refund window: within 7 days of payment, you may request a refund via the Waffo self-serve portal or by emailing support@voicestash.com.
• Eligible: accidental duplicate charge, service outage that prevented use, or substantial non-delivery of purchased credits.
• Not eligible: credits already consumed, violation of our AUP, requests past the 7-day window, or downgrade after partial use.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime via the Waffo self-serve portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period; credits, drafts, and assets are retained when you drop to Free — come back any time.
• Processing time: approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, processed by Waffo.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations can result in content removal, credit forfeiture, suspension, or termination without refund.

6. Your content and rights

You own the content you upload and the drafts you approve. You grant Stash a limited license to process your inputs through AI models and store results to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload. AI-assisted outputs may carry disclosure obligations in your jurisdiction — see our AUP.

7. AI outputs — no warranty

AI-generated drafts are suggestions, not professional advice. They may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. You must review before publishing. Stash is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stash and Waffo are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You can stop using Stash anytime. We can suspend or terminate access for AUP violations or non-payment. Provisions on ownership, liability, and refunds survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes get notice via email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
