Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to everything you do on Stash: prompts you type, content you upload (Brain assets, files, photos), AI-generated outputs, and account behavior — including drafts published to X through Stash.

2. Six prohibited categories

You may not use Stash to generate, upload, or publish any of the following:

• Sexual / NSFW content — pornography, explicit sexual content, or sexually suggestive material.
• Violence / gore — gratuitous violence, injury, or gruesome content.
• Hate speech — content promoting discrimination, hostility, or violence against protected groups (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, etc.).
• Child safety (CSAM) — any content sexualizing, exploiting, or harming minors. Prompt Sift screens for this pre-generation; reports are acted on immediately and may be referred to authorities.
• Non-consensual deepfakes / impersonation — synthetic content depicting real people without consent, or impersonating individuals, celebrities, or officials.
• IP infringement — content that misuses brands, trademarks, copyrighted material, protected characters, or unauthorized likenesses.

Additionally, you may not use Stash for illegal activity (fraud, phishing, illegal transactions, evading law enforcement, cyberattacks), or to generate misleading political, medical, financial, or legal content intended to deceive.

3. Content moderation

Stash screens prompts before generation and outputs before display. We use a combination of automated detection (including Waffo Prompt Sift for CSAM-related prompts) and, where flagged, human review. Moderation logs are retained for audit. Outputs may be blocked, filtered, or escalated.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in any of:

• Refusing or blocking a generation.
• Deleting the offending content.
• Suspending the account or pausing credits.
• Terminating the account and refusing future service.
• Refusing a refund where the violation caused the dispute (per our Terms §4).

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the content you upload, the drafts you approve and publish, and how you use outputs. Stash provides AI assistance and human-review gates, but the decision to publish is yours. AI-assisted content may require disclosure in your jurisdiction — you are responsible for complying.

6. Reporting and appeals

To report a violation or appeal an enforcement action, email support@voicestash.com with your account email and details. Reports are reviewed by a human; appeals receive a response within 5 business days.
